If your account isn't verified yet, job access is blocked. Contact support and include your operator email.
How do quotes work?
Open jobs appear in the dashboard. Send a quote with an amount and optional message. If accepted, the job moves to assigned.

Use the Pricing and Vehicles tabs in the operator dashboard.
