You can accept open jobs.
Why can’t I see any jobs?
If there are no open enquiries in your area right now, this list can be empty. If you still think something is wrong, check that your Profile and Vehicles are complete, and contact support with your operator email.
How do quotes work?
Open enquiries appear in Jobs. Submit your quote (this is what you will be paid). Customers can compare multiple offers; if they accept your quote and pay, the job becomes assigned to you automatically.
What does each status mean?
Open: you haven’t quoted yet. Quoted: your quote is submitted and waiting. Rejected: customer declined your quote (you can update while bidding is still open). Won: customer selected you and paid. Lost: customer selected another operator. Closed: enquiry cancelled/expired.
Can I update my quote?
Yes. While bidding is still open, open the job and submit again. Your previous amount/message will be pre-filled for quick updates.
Do I see customer details or competitor operators?
No. Customer personal details and competitor operator details are not shown. The portal only shows journey and requirements, plus your own quote status and activity.
How do payouts work?
After a job is completed, admin marks the operator payout as paid. Your “My Jobs” list shows whether a booking is paid or unpaid.
How do I close my account?
You can delete your account from this portal. This removes your account, settings, and vehicles. This action cannot be undone.
If you have active assigned jobs, account deletion is blocked. Contact support if you need help.
